At Supernova Inflatables, we believe some of the best memories are made when communities come together.

Throughout the year, we look for opportunities to support local nonprofit organizations, schools, churches, youth programs, first responders, and community events throughout Amarillo and the surrounding area.

Support may include donated or discounted inflatable rentals, equipment, event services, promotional support, or other contributions depending on the event and our availability.

Because we receive multiple requests and have a limited number of sponsorship opportunities available each year, submitting a request does not guarantee approval.

What We Look For

Sponsorship requests are evaluated based on several factors, including:

• The organization and its mission
• Community impact and expected attendance
• Whether the event benefits children, families, or the Amarillo community
• Event date and equipment availability
• Previous partnerships with the organization
• Opportunities for Supernova Inflatables to participate in or be recognized as an event sponsor

Priority may be given to nonprofit organizations, schools, youth-focused programs, community outreach events, and organizations serving local families.

Types of Support

Depending on the event, Supernova Inflatables may provide:

Full Sponsorship
A rental or service provided at no charge.

Partial Sponsorship
A discounted rental or service with Supernova covering a portion of the normal cost.

Community Partner Pricing
Special pricing for qualifying organizations and community events.

The type and amount of sponsorship offered will be determined individually for each request.

Sponsorship Requirements

Organizations requesting sponsorship should be prepared to provide:

• Organization name and contact information
• Event name, date, time, and location
• Description of the organization and its mission
• Estimated event attendance
• Information about who the event benefits
• Requested equipment or services
• Event flyer or promotional materials, if available
• Nonprofit information or proof of nonprofit status, when applicable

Approved sponsorships may also require acknowledgement of Supernova Inflatables as a sponsor through event signage, social media, flyers, announcements, or other promotional materials when appropriate.

Important Information

Sponsorships are subject to equipment availability, staffing, weather, delivery requirements, and our regular safety policies.

Sponsorship approval does not automatically include generators, attendants, tables, chairs, concessions, extended delivery distances, or additional services unless specifically included in the sponsorship agreement.

Organizations are encouraged to submit requests as early as possible. Events during our busiest rental periods may have limited sponsorship availability.
